Would changing the type of wax used on a car for a long time affect the paint at all. I mean changing the wax and all the products that go along with it, switching to another brand? Thank you.
Modern waxes from reputable companies won’t harm the paint if used correctly, and you can switch brands any time you like without problems.
As NYBo wrote, they are interchangeble and they will not harm or change the paint. You don’t need to use all the products from one company, nor follow their suggested instructions. If it needs a polish, you can use a cleaner polish from company S and then use a wax from company M.
