My ford. Explorer 2000 is spraying coolant onto the motor once the car is driven for about 5 minutes. It’s only by the motor. On the passenger side under the air intake. No coolant leaking on the ground or anywhere else.
You have a rather large leak. It needs to be fixed right away or it will destroy your engine by overheating. The leak could be many places. Without seeing it, impossible to pinpoint.

The first thing I would check is the heater hoses. One may have sprung a leak…
If it is a hose, replace both as the other is just as old,
