2005 Escalade-rear tail lights-water in tail assembly.Bulbs blew. Replaced bulbs. Will not come on when I turn on headlights. They do come on when you depress the brakes and when you use the hazards or signals.
You blew the fuse for the marker lights.
Go look at your fuse block, and find the burned out fuse, and replace it.

I agree with Bladecutter. The fuse for the parking lights is probably blown.
The brake lights are on a separate fuse.
There may be a fuse diagram in the owner’s manual or inside the fuse box cover. There will be more than one fuse box.
