Car is not getting spark

I have a 99 dodge avenger, it would not move some time when I would give it gas, and then it would pick back up. It ran fine all day, the next day it would not start. I checked the fuel pump and it is working, but the plugs are not getting any spark to them. What else can I check. thank you linda

If it doesn’t move sometimes, it may be because of a dirty fuel filter. For the no-spark condition, you can do the checks the repair manual instructs on the ignition system, or you can start changing parts until you get the faulty one. There is no wham-bam simple answer.
