No, it was in a 55 mph zone and I hit about 70 in the oncoming lane, I had just up shifted into 2nd gear at about 60mph and was still gaining speed before hitting the binders back in my lane and realizing it was a Trooper… And the Trooper had radar, no guessing… 
I’ll bite that I think slow vehicles cause more accidents and near misses than fast ones.
