Bump, Clunk . . . in the front end

First: I have new breaks & pads

I have new tie rods

I have new tires

I changed the back tires to the front

When I am driving at 55 sometimes I get a clunking, bumping sound and the steering wheel shakes. Car just passed inspection.NJ

I did not see new struts listed. I would start there.

The 92 Ford Aerostar has rear wheel drive. I don’t believe it has struts. Am I right? Thank you for your concern an time.
