Basically other than an oil change (hope that is being done lol), the OP is neglecting the maintenance and up keep on this vehicle… And we used to have a saying when buying auction vehicles, if it needs tires, then it probably needs brakes also, more so then not (delt with hundreds maybe thousands of auction cars) and that was more true than not…
Saw it a lot when replacing tires also… BUT NOT every time…
