Brake pressure control valve

can i bye pass the brake pressure control valve between the master cylinder and the brake lines

Not a good idea. That valve is what controls the brake bias of hydraulic brake system. Removing the valve will eliminate when the hydraulic pressure is applied between the front and rear brakes, which can cause the vehicle to become a little squirely when the brakes are applied. Especially during a panic stop.

Not without endangering your safety.

Why do you ask? Perhaps there’s some other way to solve whatever the problem is.
