Brake indicator light stays on during warm weather

When the air temperature is over 75 degrees the brake and ABS indicator lights pop on in my 1995 Isuzu Trooper. The brakes are fine & when the temp is less then 75 degrees, the lights go out. This is preventing the car from getting inspected. How can I get the light to go out?

Have you checked your brake fluid level?

Yes, it was checked by the last mechanic who tried to fix the problem. Didn’t work, nor did a new speed sensor. When the problem first occurred, I had brake work done. However, when hot weather returned, so did the problem. If I was living in Anartica rather than Texas, the lights would probably never come on and my car would pass inspection.
