Do you think the engine is in good condition and is not burning oil chevrolete 2012 99600 miles ?
Looks normal to me but the question of whether the engine is using oil needs to be answered by checking the oil level and figuring out how many miles go by between having to add any oil.
The only thing I noted, number four (on the right) looks a little different than the others, porcelain tip is whiter. That could be caused by a problem, but it probably normal. caused b/c the plug positions aren’t symmetrical. On my Corolla tune-ups, one plug always has a tiny black band on the porcelain that the other’s don’t, or at least not as much.
I’m curious what model and engine??.. Aveo5 1.6L maybe using the V-Power NGK’s??
Motor has 99k. How many miles on plugs? Never assume anything.
I don’t think you can make many complete judgements about the status of an engine based only on the spark plugs and mileage.
It’s a little bit like asking your doctor if you have cancer only because your back hurts.
Deposits on plugs do provide insight into motors performance. Oil deposits? Excessive gap? Burnt electrode? Physically damaged plug tips? Comparing it to any human condition is a stretch.
OK, agreed.
But I felt like OP was asking for an overall engine diagnosis, just based on the spark plugs. No doubt you can tell some things…but not overall.
