My 2007 Saturn VUE V6AWD had a noise from the right rear wheel that sounds after driving at highway speeds for a short time. Can be heard at low speeds and sounds like a bearing. have had it looked at a number of times and no diagnosis. It occurs intermittently. Vehicle has ~70K and is driven in the south so no salt. Any ideas?
It is most likely the rear CV/bearing assembly. This is a known problem with the VUE.
I’m guessing you have checked the tires and you don’t have a belt that has separated.
