My 1995 Audi 90 Sport needs to have the acceleration pedal pushed very far, about half way, before the car begins to to move, also when the pedal is put all the way to the floor the vehicle only goes to around 70mph. And finally I am having trouble finding a shop book for the vehicle, if there is any specific place you know where they have one I would be much appreciated. Thank You. Sincerely Diego Garcia.
They might have a used shop manual for your car.
Does your Audi have a manual transmission or an automatic? Have you looked to see if the throttle cable is adjusted correctly?
I suggest getting a copy of a Bentley repair manual if you are serious. They are expensive, but very comprehensive:

Is the emergency brake cable stuck by chance? Sounds like you have some resistance going on there.
