ok its a 2002 Audi a4 quattro and almost every time i start the car a bulb such as a blinker or headlight burns out. No codes and the only fuse that was bad was for the intelligance module and has since been replaced. please help ive never been more frustrated
Check the dc voltage with the engine running. Check for ac voltage, also. There should not be any ac voltage; but, if there is, there’s a problem with the alternator. The ac voltage could be higher than dc. It’s possible.
Yes likely there is a problem with over voltage. With the engine running you should be seeing about 13.5V If it is much over that, or is spiking over that, then that is your problem.
