i have a 1997 audi a4 quattro 2.8 v6 when i start my car i get nothing,the lights all work outside and inside on the dash.it does not click or anything.the battery is not that old i can jump start it and it will run fine.could this be my starter clutch switch or something else?it is a stick shiftshould i be able to push start it if the switch is bad?
I don’t see how it could be the starter, interlock switch, etc. if it starts fine when you jump it. The only difference is that the jumper cables go on the outside of the battery terminals. So either a battery problem, connection problem, or cable problem in my view.
