She’s copy and pasting from another website. A website that offers cars for lease/purchase, so you know they are going to be the epitome of impartiality.
Absolutely. You can always count on them reliably break down with an expensive problem.

Overall reliability much worse than average for 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 models. 2014 (first year of a new generation) average; 2015 much worse than average; 2016 worse than average; 2017 better than average. Source: April 2018 Consumer Reports.
