hey im havin trouble with an alternator belt shredden.all the pullys r in allign and i can fell no burs with nothing rubbing against the belt
If all the other pulleys are indeed true, and there are no burrs, what about tension? If it was stretched too tight, it might cause it to shred. That’s about all there is to the belts, it isn’t really rocket science.
Did you have one belt shred or more than one? If only one, it could have been the belt. Not really common, but it can happen, or so I have been told.
