Well, I made a decision and bought an almost new (extremely newish) Highlander Hybrid.
My neighbor owns a summer camp up north in the lakes region. Their neighbor (who lives there full time) passed away suddenly. Back in February he bought a new 2026 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum. There was no loan and title was clean. His widowed wife was selling it. Vehicle had less then 5,000 miles. Went up and took a look at it. It was MINT and WASN’T (Black or White) and didn’t have all black interior. I beat their best offer by $5,000 and they accepted. I transferred the money to their account right then and she signed the title over to me. The whole process took less than an hour. New ones at the dealerships near me are selling for $58,000+.
Funny how every time I buy a new vehicle and ready to sell my old vehicle - I happen to have a close relative that needs a new vehicle 
So, I gave my 2014 SUV to my nephew and his family who lives in central NY. He’ll be here next week to pick it up. Already sent him the signed title so he can register it in NY.
