Your ignition switch may be kaput. In the meantime, get into the interior fuse panel and pull the fuse for the engine computer (probably labeled ECM, ECU or PCM. Something like that) so your engine will shut off.

I’ve heard that you can stop a car by shoving a potato up the exhaust pipe. I don’t know whether this works or not, and if it does work, whether an Idaho or a Maine potato works better. This method of stopping the car will cost twice as much if the car has dual exhausts.
It is probably better to trace down the electrical problem than use the potato method. You don’t want to stink up the car when the potato rots.
