I need to have an anti-breakin alarm installed in my 07 Sprinter. It has a keyless entry, engine immobilizer chip programmed anti theft system already, but no alarm/security against break-in through the windows. I have had 2 break-ins-nothing of value stolen, but I need a deterrent system.
Here’s the catch: Ian be difficult to graft into or get around the existing system, with which I am pleased. I just need a shock/air pressure/door sensor alarm that won’t interfere with the existing anti theft system.
Any Ideas?

Why they did not design the keyless remote system to allow for aftermarket tie-in of alarm, remote start and secondary electric deadbolts, I do not know.
At this time, I do not know of a possible merging of the flip key with ancillary equipment.
You would have to have a total aftermarket alarm installed, tripping existing locks and carry 2 sets of remotes.
