my 2002 hyundai sonata was in an accident; the airbag did not deploy but the airbag light stays on. i took it to certified airbag specialist and he checked it. the specialist stated his airbag diagnostic computer did not register any airbag error code, but he could not turn the light off.
i need advice on what to do next.
[i] certified airbag specialist[/i] Was he certified by a fast oil change place? If he is a air bag specialist, he (or she) certainly should be able to do the job, which apparently he is not doing.
There are a number of possible reasons the light may stay on. As simple as a loose plug to a computer failure.
Take it to a Dealer…
