The after-market daytime running light switch I installed ~ 2002 has failed in the on-state (headlights stay on all the time). This particular part was discontinued in 2008, and I can’t find anyone who still sells after-market switches. Any suggestions on replacing the unit I have?
try your local electronics supply house, or look on line for an electrical parts vendor. You may have to adapt a sw. to fit your application.
Or hard wire it with no switch.
If you use it all the time choose that circuit, on when the car’s on, and forget the switch.
