Recently I had my integra serviced.I was told that the oil pan gasket needed to be replaced. The car has 100ks ,is this common for the integra. There is no oil leaking on the ground.Should this repair be done?
Thank you

If you don’t have to put more than a quart of oil in between oil changes, I’l let it go.

if there is no leaking on the ground, you are probably (but not necessarilly) not losing any oil and therefore the gasket shouldn’t have to be replaced. . .

Check to see if the bolts are loose. Sometimes they back off. There is nothing wrong with changing the gasket if it is a simple job and they will do it for a bit less than $200. If they won’t, you can leave it.
