Acura integra 01 L.S 2dr hatch

Car has 120,000 miles. check engine light has come on. Car is running great, took car to independent shop diagnostic check revealed code 420, needing a new catalytic converter and 02 sensor. Estimate for work to be done with parts and labor $1400.00. Does this sound right? Any advice or recomendations for this vechicle? Thank you, jack
