Accord blower motor out, engine check light on => atmospheric pressure sensor circuit

I just took out the blower motor to disassemble and clean out all the leaves and soot from it. Got an engine check light on when I started it back up without the blower motor. I assume the missing blower motor is somehow causing it. I did not pull a blower motor fuse so if I find one and pull it, I wonder if the problem will resolve? Any ideas? I was hoping I could drive around without it till I get to the heater core. Thanks.

Why do you want to get to the heater core?

You’re asking for trouble. Put everything back together and leave it alone.

Unless you know the code you have no idea why the CEL is on. It may have nothing to do with the blower motor.
