Accessory key position

I have a 1996 toy corolla when the key is left on the accessory position but nothing is turned on such as the radio ect is the battery being drained, what really happens if this happen, thanks to all

Power is being supplied to the accessories, what functions operate varies from car to car. If you wish not to drain the battery use the off position. Generally the ignition circuit is taken out of the circuit, but gauges radio etc may still draw power.

Anything not on will not draw any current. Anything turned on will.

Some things, such as the clock and the security system, you have no control over. And they draw current even with the key in the “off” position. Fortunately, their current draw is very small.

If you’re really curious, an ammeter hooked up to the battery would tell you.
