the fan for the AC/heater only comes on when turned on high. it won’t blow on low or med. how do I fix it?
On your Pontiac Vibe, the first two things to suspect are either the blower motor resistor pack, or the high speed blower motor relay. These two are the cheapest things to have checked out for this problem.

Since the HIGH speed is working ok then I would have to think the resistors are problem. By following the wires back from the motor they should lead you to the panel that is mounted on the air duct and the resistors are mounted to.
