I turned my ac on today. I hear it coming on and feel cold air, but not through the vents. I reached over the dashboard and cold air was coming through there.
Flapper door motor (electric or vacuum) or vacuum supply problem if vacuum. Run a separate vac hose to the flapper door and see if it opens or not. If not stuck or bad motor.
When there is no vacuum supply the system defaults to defrost mode. Inspect the vacuum hoses on the left side of the engine, the HVAC vacuum hose has probably swollen from the oil inside the intake manifold and has fallen off.
