That might be the compressor clutch and it may be slipping. Is that the part that is making the noise?
Thanks so much for the answers. One week ago I took it to the mechanic and he changed the AC belt. However it continues to make the same noise for periods. Do you advise me not to drive the car? Or just do not turn on the AC?
