My Granddaughter’s (2005?) Pilot has a plastic tube about 3/4" o.d. going up the center pillar on the left side of the vehicle. I noticed it when I had a trim panel removed for running a rear camera cable. I cant figure outcwhat it is for, surely not a drain from a drip pan in the headliner?
It is one of the drain tubes for the sunroof.

If this vehicle does not have a Sunroof then the drain hose was put in in case a dealer added an after market Sunroof .
