i can not get my a/c to work in the front of the car.it works in the back,ice cold!.

I don’t know what Dodge has in controls, but my guess is you have a blend door problem. Some cars use mechanical cables to control the blend doors, some use vacuum and others electric. Most likely it is vacuum controlled and you may have a vacuum hose loose or disconnected.

Note: there are other possibilities.
