I have a 2003 nissan altima nismo edition. The weird thing about it is that there’s no a/c button anywhere. It only has automatic or economic temperature control gauge that goes as low as 60 degrees. The air blows, but not cold, its not 60 degrees at all. I checked the refrigerant pressure and it says its fine.

Not low enough, not model specific but low side cycling between 28-38 sounds better,I probably should look this up but a min. 45psi on low side is not good enough.
Is this 45 PSI with the compressor running? If so, then I don’t think that’s low enough.
If it’s without the compressor running, then that seems low.
