I have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe with the 4.8L V8. My A/C is blowing hot on the drivers side and cold on passenger side. There is only one controller, not two. Any idea what the problem could be…and I’m scared to ask…how much it may cost to fix? It has happened only one other time and that was a year ago, and it has worked fine since then until today.
I’m shooting in the dark but here it goes air temp door motor or one of the door motors in the dash might be hanging up or quite.
one motor i looked up is about $105.00 for a walk in person.
