This is epic. New distributor/coil. Good battery. Strong crank. Iffy spark. New plugs? Do headlights work? How 'bout when cranking? Thinking something not getting juice when it needs it…
Im still stuck on the fact that this is not running the original Engine Computer at this point… All advice or normal troubleshooting could be out the window with that little factoid…

I strongly suspect that when this sorts itself out it will be one of those why the hxxx didn’t this get checked first moments.
Have you made sure all fuses are good along with the ignition switch?
These cars are under a Recall for faulty switches with the symptoms being no-starts, intermittent stalling and so on due to degraded contacts in the switch.
