As stated in the title I have a 98 Legacy Outback and my shifter is very loose and rattles while I’m driving. The car does not pop out of gear, it’s just loose and noisy. Any ideas? Can I tighten it?
Could you help us out a bit by at least telling us if your car has an automatic transmission or a manual transmission?
