I recently bought a 1998 Infiniti Q45. It was originally sold in the Canadian market and although the odometer has been converted to miles from km the inside and outside (ambient) temperature displays on the automatic climate control still read in Celsius. I’ve replaced the climate control unit with one that read Fahrenheit in the car it was in originally, but it too displays the temps. in Celsius. There is no mention of how to change the reading in the owners manual. I’m guessing the readout is controlled by a unit elsewhere in the car or possibly by the temp sensors themselves. Anyone have any idea how to get this otherwise perfect q45 to display in Fahrenheit?
