the spark plug pop out while running. I noticed the wires is out and plug sitting on top of engine. Manage to drive off hi-way and the three miles to home. Any comment such as what is the worst to expect.

The worst? The stripped out sparkplug threads in the head. The head is made of aluminum. And if that’s the case, an on-engine sparkplug thread repair kit for the head is in order.
