While driving suddenly the car spurtered and a poof of black smoke was emitted…we now have replaced the MAF sensor, replaced 2 injectors, servived the O rings, and installed a new ECM, and now replaced the Throttle module…The vehicle still is not running and the mechanic now is certain that I have a Electrical short in a wire??? What can you advise…many thanks…Norman
New mechanic? Since it is not running right, someone should be able to figure out why. Has anyone bothered to check to see if there were any error codes stored in the car’s computer?
Took it to Jag and they told me what was needed, pulled it out of there and my mechanic replaced the modules??? Now it appears the only thing left is wiring, perhaps a short???Thanks
