I have tried the basics and pulled the whole gauge cluster out and checked the the plug. The strange thing is I can get them to work but usually within a couple of days they stop again. There is only one plug for the gauges and the lights still work in the gauges, but all the needles don’t. Anybody have any ideas this is a very annoying problem.
Usually it is becasue of the solder points on the back of cluster going bad and requiring reinforcement. Check on allpar.com or any other Dodge forum.
