won’t start unless i spray starter fluid in carberator
I don’t think it has a carb but at any rate, its not getting fuel so do the basic checks for no fuel. Do you hear the pump running, if not is the relay being energized, power at the pump? Bang on the tank a few times if not. So you either have bad pump, clogged line, bad computer not energizing the pump, etc. My guess is you’ve got a bad pump, so off with the tank.
