Assuming that you have the standard 3.0L OHV engine, what makes you think the timing CHAIN cover’s GASKET is leaking, and not the seal?
Will you replace the CHAIN while you’re in the neighborhood too? Do you have a good set of tools? If you’ve done one before, you’re looking at three or four hours. If not, probably better double that estimate.
