94 villager gas smell when cold, like below 30F

When temperature gets below 30F, strong gas smell when I turn on the heat. If the van is thoroughly warm up, like after driving for miles, then the odor goes away. But when I get out of the van, I smell gas. There is no visual gas leak. The gas cap area was already sealed with sealants. It happen every winter.

That sounds like a leak I had in a '94 Voyager.

Check the fuel lines where the two are married at a holding bracket attached to the inside frame.

Mine were rusted and rubbed together, creating the leak.

Thanks. I did take it to the mechanic and he checked out the fuel lines and there were no damaged fuel lines.
