'94 Honda Accord cranks, won't start

I’ve had this car for over a year now and have experienced this issue one other time and it was solved by resetting the fuel pump. How should I go about diagnosing this?

The gas tank is full and it recently had an oil change.

The most common cause of this condition is the main fuel relay. It’s located under the dash on the drivers side. Warmer temperatures make this relay fail on an intermittent basis. I think it should be replaced on a regular basis since it’s a very common failure.
