In cool/cold weather, the wipers on my 94 Accord do not start for 10-15 minutes after starting the car. Then they run fine. Warm weather , no problem. If left in intermittent/lo setting, on restarting the car, they come on OK> what ??? - new wiper lever? thanks
Possibly. There is the slight chance there is a poor electrical contact that eventually works after a certain amount of vehicle vibration. (Normal movement, I mean).
