I have a 94 ram 1500 with a 5.9 I got it from my cousin for free. The thing just runs a little hot. It sways between 180 and 215 on the temp gauge. I’ve bled the cooling system and even pulled the condenser out because it was clogged. Still runs hot
Try a new thermostat and radiator cap. Cheap items and should be easy to do. Use an OEM temperature thermostat, not a cooler one. The cooler thermostat will just make you burn more gas and drive the computer crazy.

A temperature of 215F degrees ISN’T overheating. Why do you think that 215F degrees is an overheating engine?
I don’t think it’s overheating im just more concerned i don’t want to do any damage
