93 Ford Tempo Stalling out

yea cig, I’m gonna try all the stuff you guys are advising, I’m just not working till tuesday. I talked to my boss earlier today about everything on here.

I’ll try the money angle. There are so many small parts that are just plain worn out now. All of them are electronic or electrical. The price is around $400 just for parts. Time is another matter. Finally, Philadelphia is mentioned. Now I understand why there is a temptation to keep the car. Nobody wants to risk a better car. If I remember my own Tempo correctly, the brakes should work if the engine stalls, so that may be a good thing. On some old Fords the brakes won’t work. It isn’t required to junk a car. If it were in a city with 40,000 people I would still recommend a newer one.
