Starts fine cold. After warmed, I frequently must hold gas pedal to floor to start. Sometimes dies immediately and have to repeat til stabilizes.

Check the operation of the Coolant Temperature Sensor. If you have a repair manual, you can check the resistance of the CTS when the engine is warm and see if it meets specification. Alternately, you could just go ahead and replace the CTS. Make sure you replace the CTS and not the gauge temperature sensor.

I would suspect the fuel pump relay may be causing the trouble. By checking to see if voltage is getting to the pump you could prove that idea out.
