I recently bought a 88 toyota camery it had sat for 2 years with a full tank of gas and has varnished how do i clean the gas tank
You remove it and drain out the bad gas. Then pour a solvent in the tank to desolve any remaining gum and varnish. Then hope that the fuel lines and injectors don’t need replacing.
