The recommended oil is in your owners manual and usually on the oil fill cap. If your car uses Dino oil, say 5W-20, you might get a tiny MPG improvement by using 0-20 synthetic (if allowed for warranty purposes), MPG improvement unlikely to cover the cost of synthetic unless you get the synthetic on sale and do your own oil changes.

I presume you mean the 1328cc (with no decimal) or 1.3 liter engine. Based on a little Googling, it looks like 5w30, preferably synthetic, is the recommended oil. Bear in mind that a 2019 might still be under warranty (at least the powertrain) and you’ll want to use the correct oil and change it according to the recommendations in your owner’s manual or based on the oil life monitor if it has one.
