TSB was release by mazda in 2019 and another 2021 regarding this issue. my cx5 has 88t now and the head gasket needs to be replace cost of repair is $4500 . any one having the same issue
Engine & transmission config? Is engine direct-injection and/or turbo design?

hmmm… I see what is motivating your posting … what are the terms of your car’s engine warranty? If you are beyond the warranty duration, about all you can do is sigh for having bad luck, and ask a Mazda customer assistance rep if they can offer any help given you probably aren’t much beyond the new car warranty.
From the drawings it appears this is a turbo engine design, right? What about direct injection? Any indications of vacuum pump failure?
$4500 for a replacement head and the job’s labor is pretty reasonable imo.
