Inner circulation indicator (center one of 3 round switches) does not turn on when pushed. What happened?
your vehicle is still under warranty. bring it to the dealer. either the switch is defective or it could be a bad blend door actuator.

The recirculation feature will not operate if you are using the defroster or defrost/floor mode, this allows fresh air into the vehicle to clear the windows.
I don’t see any indication that this vehicles warranty hasn’t expired.
At 36 mo./36k it’s entirely possible the bumper-to-bumper part of the warranty is still in force.
